Wealthcare Announces IAM Advisory Joins Firm, Adding $550 Million in AUM
PR Newswire
WEST CHESTER, Pa., Sept. 9, 2026
WEST CHESTER, Pa., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Wealthcare Advisory Partners LLC (Wealthcare), a technology-enabled RIA supporting independent financial advisors, today announced that IAM Advisory has joined Wealthcare, adding eight advisors and five operations staff members and $550 million in assets under management (AUM). The partnership also expands Wealthcare’s flexible affiliation approach, giving IAM Advisory the resources and support of a $10 billion RIA while allowing the firm to maintain its brand and independence through a revenue buy-down arrangement.
Led by father-and-daughter team Joseph Parsons, CFP®, and Holly Parsons Jinks, IAM Advisory provides comprehensive financial planning designed to help clients prepare for their financial futures and retirement while also making the most of their lives today. The firm serves individuals and families through a planning-first approach centered on long-term relationships and personalized advice.
“IAM Advisory embodies the commitment to financial planning and client care that underpins Wealthcare’s philosophy,” said Matt Regan, President of Wealthcare. “Welcoming Joe, Holly and their team to Wealthcare adds talented advisors and staff to our growing community while also demonstrating the value of our flexible affiliation models. We’re pleased to provide IAM Advisory with the resources, technology and support of Wealthcare while allowing them to retain the independence and identity that have been important to their success.”
“We chose Wealthcare because it gives us the best of both worlds,” said Joseph Parsons, CFP®, President and Managing Partner of IAM Advisory. “We can continue serving our clients and operating our business in the way we believe is best, while gaining access to the scale, technology and support of a larger organization. Wealthcare’s approach respects what we’ve built and gives us additional resources to build on it for the future.”
The addition of IAM Advisory reflects Wealthcare’s continued growth across its affiliation models and its focus on giving independent advisors more choice in how they build and grow their businesses. Rather than requiring every advisor to follow a single affiliation path, Wealthcare provides multiple ways for advisors to access the firm’s platform while preserving the elements of their businesses that matter most.
Wealthcare offers a range of Flexible Affiliation Models, enabling financial advisors to align with the firm in the way that best supports their business, their clients and their long-term goals. Options include hybrid and fee-only 1099 models, W-2 affiliation and acquisition opportunities. This adaptable approach allows advisors to maintain as much independence as they want while taking advantage of Wealthcare’s technology, resources, operational support and scale.
“As we continue to grow, our goal is not simply to become a larger firm,” Regan added. “It’s to build a better platform for advisors. That means investing in the technology, people and infrastructure that allow advisors to focus on their clients, while giving them the flexibility to choose how they want to engage with Wealthcare. IAM Advisory is a great example of what that can look like.”
With the addition of IAM Advisory, Wealthcare continues to expand its advisor community and capabilities while strengthening its position as a flexible partner for independent financial advisors. The firm remains focused on delivering industry-leading back- and middle-office support, technology and resources while providing advisors with the freedom to build their businesses on their own terms.
