The Atlanta launch introduces IntervuToday’s location-based approach to hiring, which allows job seekers to indicate their availability and appear within a live hiring map where participating employers can identify local candidates.
Approximately 16,000 Atlanta-area job seekers in IntervuToday’s existing network will be invited to activate profiles as part of the Atlanta initiative.
The launch represents the first phase of the company’s planned expansion into additional U.S. metropolitan markets.
A Location-Based Approach to Hiring
IntervuToday was developed as an alternative way for employers and job seekers to begin the hiring process.
Traditional online recruiting typically begins with an employer publishing a position and candidates submitting applications. IntervuToday adds a real-time availability component by allowing participating job seekers to indicate when they are available and giving employers the ability to identify talent geographically through a live map.
The company refers to the model as an Everyday Live Job Fair™.

The 7-Day Metro Hiring Challenge™ will serve as the introductory period for the Atlanta marketplace, during which employers and job seekers throughout the region will be encouraged to register and begin using the platform.
IntervuToday also plans to work with local business, workforce and community organizations to increase awareness of the initiative.
